To claim a refund for eligible cases, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or proof of the issue.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Returns are accepted for size issues, defective products, or wrong items received.
If the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by HMS, return shipping is free. For size exchanges or personal preference returns, shipping charges may apply.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchange or replacement deliveries will be completed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, HMS may provide store credit where applicable.
